🔁 Returns & Refunds – AUZDECALS

At AUZDECALS, we stand behind the quality of every decal we cut. Because most of our products are made-to-order, our return policy is a little different from standard retail.

📦 Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and un-applied
  • In original condition (not damaged during install)
  • Must include proof of purchase

To start a return, email us at auzdecals@outlook.com with your order details.

⚠️ Important: Returns must be approved before sending anything back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

⚠️ Custom Orders (Important)

Because most AUZDECALS products are custom-made (sizes, text, colours, etc.), we do not accept returns for:

  • Custom text decals
  • Personalised orders
  • Made-to-order sizing

Unless the item arrives faulty or incorrect, custom orders are final.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalised decals
  • Items that have been applied or attempted to be installed

🛠️ Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders

If something isn’t right, we’ll fix it.

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is damaged
  • You received the wrong product
  • There’s a manufacturing fault

Email us at auzdecals@outlook.com with photos, and we’ll sort it ASAP.

🔄 Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges.

If you ordered the wrong size/design:

  • You can request a return (if eligible)
  • Then place a new order with the correct details

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you if it’s approved
  • If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

Banks can take additional time to process the refund.

🌍 International Orders (EU Customers)

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU law.

Items must still be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • With proof of purchase

We’re a small Aussie business cutting decals to order — not mass-producing stock.
